In the first division Llanrumney United moved into 4th position following their 12-0 win over St Josephs who give a number of players their first games of the season. Chris Davies scored four, Sean O’Mara and Nicky Green twice, Shaun Kelleher, Kyle Offer, Ali Kiyaga and Ryan Nunnerly.
Cogan Coronation is now lying in 6th position following their 4-2 win away at bottom of the table, Fochriw. Fochriw took a two goal lead through Chris Mcelhone and a Carl Pullen screamer. Jonathan Carpenter pulled a goal back before the interval. In the second half Liam Jones equalised before goals from Grant Beedell and Benjamin Ah-Mun sealed Cogan’s win.
Cwmback Royal Stars were losing by the odd goal in three at Lewistown at half time, Aaron Prickett scoring both goals for Lewistown. In the second half Cwmbach scored three without reply to run out 4-2 winners. Gavin Durston twice, Paul Jones and James Hodder

Tonyrefail BGC defeated lowly Brecon Corries by three clear goals. Aled Jenkins twice, one a penalty and an own goal.
In the second division bottom of the table Hopkinstown entertained leaders, AFC Butetown. After a goal less first half Richard Hughes gave Hopkinstown the lead which they held until the final minute when AFC Butetown snatched an equalizer.
Second placed Cadoxton Barry gained an odd goal in three win at lowly, Stanleytown. Cadoxton led at the interval only to see Dale Hughes equalise for Stanleytown before Cadoxton regained the lead. Their scorers were James Dawson and Christian Barnett.

In a rehearsal for the cup semi-final AFC Whitchurch edged out St Albans by the odd goal in five. Gareth Webster, Michael Zajac and Philip Evans on target for Whitchurch.
Cascade and Penrhiwceiber Cons Ath shared the points in a two all draw. Cascade led at the interval through Kevin Gould. In the second half Christopher Lewis increased their lead before Gareth Evans and Kyle Morgan gave Penrhiwceiber a share of the spoils.
Lisvane/Llanishen slipped to another defeat going down by the odd goal in five against Penrhiwfer who scored through Josh Jenkins, Ashley Langford and James Trembath with Steve Pike and Richard Horwood on target for Lisvane.
In the quarter finals of the SWFA Senior cup holders, Penydarren BGC went down 3-1 at Rhoose.
Bridgend Street went down by the odd goal in three at Rhydfelin.
Through to the semi-finals are Sully Sports who edged out Cwm Welfare by the odd goal in three. Sully led at the interval through an Edward Jones header. Richard Yarr increased their lead before Cwm scored with ten minutes left.
St Athan’s defeated Ynyshir/Wattstown BYC 4-3 on penalties after being level 5 all after extra time. Ynyshir scored in the last minute to take the tie into extra time with St Athan’s scoring in the last minute to take the game to penalties.
